Simple Salad Dressing(recipe by TheSalmons)
Quantities are very approximate. The above makes enough for two large salads. It also works very well as a dressing for cooked broccoli. I like a little more olive oil than lemon juice, but do a taste test and add a little more of whatever until the taste is pleasing. Put all of the ingredients in a cup or glass and stir vigorously until mixed. Taste, adjust quantities, re-mix and then refrigerate until needed.
