We first saw these birds in Cuba on Feb 24, 2016.
More than a year later we spotted one at the Croton RR Station when we had gone there for an alert of a Black Skimmer (which we also saw).
We've also seen them in Texas and at Jones Beach as well as Marshlands Conservancy. And I spotted some on my Photo Safari to Costa Rica.
